I work with parents, carers and educators of children that have lost to equip them with the tools to help children recover. 


We are often taught how to acquire this but not how to deal with loss. This programme helps children process their loss. Unresolved grief can manifest in difficulties with behaviour, health both physical and mental,

We are often taught how to acquire this but not how to deal with loss. This programme helps children process their loss. Unresolved grief can manifest in difficulties with behaviour, health both physical and mental, development difficulties and concentration. Equipping children with the tools to process loss gives them a toolkit for life.


This can be done face to face or online over 4 (120mins) sessions .

Its hard to know what to do or say when someone you care about experiences a significant loss.


Sometimes its the simple things like knowing what and what not to say. 

What to say:

  • What happened?
  • Can you tell me a little about it?
  • I can't imagine how devastating/heart-breaking that is for you.

What not to say:

  • I know how you feel
  • Everything will b

Its hard to know what to do or say when someone you care about experiences a significant loss.

Sometimes a friend is grieving but won't talk about it or open up. Getting them a copy of the Grief Recovery Handbook will help them explore the topic in their own way.
