About Me

About me - Clare Spiers

I’m driven by a deep purpose: helping people move beyond loss and rediscover hope, meaning and possibility in their lives.

Having done a lot of work to process my own grief and realising that my formative years were a series of significant losses led me to become an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, guiding individuals to transform pain into peace and relief.

Before this, I spent over 25+ years in HR and talent roles across blue-chip and fast-growing organisations.

Coaching and people development are my passion. I’m endlessly fascinated by the human condition, which means I’m always diving into the latest in behavioural science, neuroscience and psychology to understand how people grow and thrive.

I completed my executive coaching training in 2010, and I’m MCIPD qualified.

When I’m not working with incredible individuals or teams, you’ll find me immersed in creativity whether that’s improvising on stage, crafting cocktails, exploring new places in my campervan, paddle boarding, or walking my dog endlessly. If my work teaches me nothing it is that life is about curiosity, joy and connection.

Values

My values are what underpin how I work with my clients.

They are:

Integrity

Grit

Growth

Compassion

Passion

If this resonates with you, please book a no obligation discovery call today to explore how we may work together.

"I feel you gave me a method I can use in my life and working situations. Different from the mass and absolutely extraordinary in the empathy you spread" - Elise
