About Me

In recent years I learnt that I felt deeply compelled, (that it is my purpose even), to help others move beyond their pain of grief and qualified as an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist. 

Prior to that my career spans over 20 years in HR and talent roles in blue chip, fast growth organisations. I supported global leaders and teams not only in coaching but also in Management and Leadership development, Team effectiveness, culture, engagement, succession, culture, 360 assessments and wellbeing. All underpinned by a climate of change.

I have a passion for coaching and bringing the best out in others to overcome challenges they  face. I am fascinated by the human condition so I invariably have my head in a behavioural, neuroscience & psychology books. 

I completed my executive coaching training in 2010 and I have worked with individuals and teams to boost their potential. I am MCIPD qualified.

When not working and spending time with my friends and family, improv comedy, crafting cocktails, I love to be creative, getting away in my campervan, paddle boarding when the weather allows, and walking.... a lot of dog walking!
