Bravehearts Beyond Loss

Bravehearts Beyond Loss is for you if you have experienced a loss and want to rebuild your life with a community that supports your bereavement journey. 

In this community, members will: 

- Find connection and feel less alone in grief. 

- Explore who you are now and what matters most. 

- Discover new passions, connections, and possibilities. 

- Learn emotional tools through the Grief Recovery Method to support resilience. 

- Feel empowered, hopeful, and more connected to yourself and others. 

- Live a life beyond loss without minimizing the person or experience you loved. 

Community features include: 

- Monthly grow beyond loss expert-led online workshops. 

- Monthly Bravehearts Circle, a safe space for sharing. 

- Quarterly social events to connect and explore new activities. 

- Closed group discussions for ongoing support. 

- Optional quarterly 121 coaching sessions with the host. 

The first cohort starts in early 2026, with a founding member rate of £30 per month. 

Communities are small (max 20 people) to create trust, belonging, and meaningful connection, all vital for effective loss recovery.
